Multi-awarded developers, Wee Community Developers, Inc. (WCDI) and Iloilo Southprime Developers, Inc. (ISDI) are partnering once again to launch The Southprime Flats, another Beyond Ordinary project in Iloilo City.
Coming from its successful launch of the award-winning Emerald Estates, a house & lot project in Oton which was recognized as the Best Housing Development (Visayas) and Highly Commended for Best Housing Architectural Design in 2020, The Flats Residences is WeeComm & ISDI’s first venture into condo-type living in the vibrant district of Mandurriao.
